If you encounter a problem or error (such as a crash) and need to send us your FLashback Pro error logs so we can investigate, you can send us a problem reprot as follows:
- Have either app running
- Open the Help menu
- Click 'Report a Problem'.
- Complete the form that appears and send it to us.
If your problem is preventing you from starting FlashBack Pro, the alternative method is:
- Open your Windows Start menu.
- Type "Report Problem to Blueberry" and click the shortcut that appears
- Complete the form that appears and send it to us.
