You can change the frame rate that Flashback Pro will record at (up to a maximum of 30 fps) but this must be set to the correct frame rate before you record. If it is set too low, you cannot increase the frame rate of the saved file afterwards.
(When exporting from Flashback Pro to other formats, you can choose to export at a lower frame rate than the recording but never a higher frame rate)
