FlashBack Support

Problem: you select Window recording in FlashBack, highlight the window but the Record button isn't enabled.

Cause: For some applications run with administrator privileges, FlashBack will be unable to record their window.

Solution: 

1. Select 'Region' recording on the FlashBack Recorder main window and highlight a region that covers the window.

Or 

2. For Pro users, record the full screen and use the Cropping feature to crop the movies down to the window that you need.

Or

3. Run FlashBack as an administrator. Right click the FlashBack Recorder shortcut on the desktop and select the 'Run as administrator' menu item. FlashBack should now be able to record the windows of applications that were also run with administrator privileges.
