If you have enabled the option to record from your webcam, that will make FlashBack record the video from your webcam but it won't automatically record the sound as well.
To record your webcam sound, make sure that you have the Record Microphone option enabled as well and that the webcam's microphone is selected in the microphone source drop down menu.
