There are two possible reasons:
- It uses the same rate as the original recording, which is also low. It is not possible to export at a higher frame rate than the recording.
- When exporting, the Full Frame Rate option was not selected in the Frame Rate section of the export options, so a lower frame rate tnan the original recording is being used.
