Yes, you can add a blur object to cover anything that you don't want your viewers to be able to read:
- Select the frame where you want the blur to begin
- Open the Insert menu
- Select Blur...
The blur object that is added can be resized to cover everything it needs to hide and the duration of it can be adjusted to as long as necessary.
