If you encounter a problem or error (such as a crash) and need to send us your error logs so we can investigate, you can send us a problem reprot as follows:

  1. Have either app running
  2. Open the Help menu
  3. Go to Support
  4. Click 'Report Problem to Blueberry...'.

If your problem is preventing you from starting FlashBack, the alternative method is:

  1. Open your Windows Start menu
  2. Find the Blueberry Software folder
  3. Click the 'Report Problem to Blueberry' shortcut
